I don’t think most people that sell their house in a few weeks would say that their agent was underpaid. In this case, it was true. Our dynamic was very unique since we had moved across the country before the house went on the market. From keeping an eye on the contractor we hired to fix the house, to making sure the driveway was shoveled and the heat stayed on, Dan did it all. And Dan was always available to answer questions and helped us keep an even keel when our first buyer walked away. I can’t imagine another realtor being more accessible and available – and he charges less than other agents!
